For more than a decade, I've designed products and services that help people do meaningful things: discover their family history, save money for the first time, manage their health, and steward billions of dollars in global grants. The common thread of my career is taking complex, ambiguous problems and turning them into clear, intuitive experiences people can actually use. I specialize in 0-to-1 product design, complex redesigns, and the kind of work where the problem space is still being defined.
